The Institute received grant-in-aid to the tune of Rs. 465 Lakhs during 2012-17 plan period and the institute also received Rs. 194.804 lakhs from other sources. During the Annual Plan 2017-18 ILDM received an amount of Rs.150 lakhs as plan fund and Rs.74.25 lakhs as non-plan fund. The accounts are being audited annually and the balance sheet is prepared
